These terms are written in English. A Spanish (Castilian) version will follow. If there is any conflict between language versions, the English version governs.

Welcome to Album Mundial. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Album Mundial website and digital album service (the "Service") and any related features such as physical book printing. By creating an account or purchasing anything on the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By transacting on the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly at support@albummundial.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. What the Service is

The Service is a digital sticker-album game themed around the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Purchased "packs" reveal a small number of digital stickers chosen at random within configured rarity bands. The stickers are virtual items that exist only inside your account. They have no monetary value, are not transferable outside the Service, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The set of available players, kits, and visual elements may change over time.

5. Purchases and payments

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms; we do not store your full payment method on our servers. By placing an order you authorise the charge for the price displayed at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds for digital content

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for goods. Digital content that is delivered immediately is an exception: by purchasing and opening a pack you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the pack is opened.

If you bought packs but have not yet opened them, contact support@albummundial.net within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We may also issue refunds at our discretion, for example in the event of a technical failure that prevents you from enjoying the Service.

7. Physical printed albums

We offer to print and ship a physical album book reflecting your collection. Physical goods are personalised at the point of order and are excluded from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal once production has begun. Shipping times, customs duties, and import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's software, layouts, and original illustrations are owned by Album Mundial or licensed to us. Player names, biographical facts, and references to national teams and clubs are used for descriptive and editorial purposes. The illustrated stickers are stylised anime-style interpretations and are not photographs or replicas of official manufacturer products. We do not claim any endorsement by, or affiliation with, FIFA, any national football association, any club, any manufacturer, or any individual player. If you believe any content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@albummundial.net and we will investigate promptly.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use bots, scrapers, automation, or any other means to interact with the Service in a way that bypasses normal gameplay.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the pack-drop mechanics, copy our artwork, or extract data in bulk.
Share account credentials, sell or trade accounts, or attempt to obtain virtual items outside the Service.
Use the Service to harass other users, infringe any third party's rights, or violate applicable law.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules. In serious cases of fraud or abuse we may also reverse purchases and remove granted items.

10. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a change materially reduces the value of unredeemed paid items, we will make a reasonable effort to credit you fairly.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

13. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you also agree to that policy. Where it conflicts with these Terms in relation to data, the Privacy Policy governs.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date above. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example via email or a banner on the site) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Spain. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
